Every month we’ll be featuring a short interview with one of your PPAW board members so you can learn a little bit about the team of people serving Wisconsin’s promotional community.
What is your favorite piece of advice?
When I first started in this industry everyone told me that when you tell someone you are going to do something for them you always make sure to follow through. It seemed to me at the time like a simple task and still is a simple task, but I now understand why it is so important. It truly is the foundation to creating a lasting relationship.
What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?
I would take the time to get my pilot license so I can fly airplanes.
What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?
Snowboarding on a mountain in every continent in a one-year time frame.
What’s something you like to do the old-fashioned way?
I like to talk to people on the phone/face-to-face rather then text/email. I get better personal connections with people and information is transferred in a timelier manner.
What could you give a 40-minute presentation on with absolutely no preparation?
How to snowboard. I have been snowboarding for 10+ years and absolutely love everything about the snowboard and ski industry.
What piece of entertainment do you wish you could erase from your mind so that you could experience for the first time again?
I was able to see Paul McCartney perform at the Kohl Center in Madison with my dad. I always grew up listening to the Beatles and I do not know if I will ever get to have the opportunity to see him preform let alone in Madison, WI. I would definitely erase that from my memory if I knew I could experience it again! By far the best concert I have ever seen.
